HOW WE WORK
Our design process works in four stages:

Initial Meeting
Our first meeting will be on site to go over all your requirements and have a general discussion about design, budget and timescale.

Design
We then begin the initial design process; we draw up plans on Autocad working on several layout designs drawn to scale showing the potential of your space.
To accompany this we source many options of fixtures and fittings from our design library as well as furniture and soft furnishings. If necessary we may draw some bespoke furniture as well. We invite you to come to the Studio to go through our designs in detail. We show you samples of finishes, fabrics and drawings to give you a clear picture of each idea. This may take place over two or three meetings so that we can perfect the final design.

Coordination
Once we have agreed the design we will ask several of our sub contractors to tender for the project. We are happy to use any contractors you wish to suggest as well. Once all the tenders have been received we discuss the merits of each and agree who will be commissioned for the work. We create a schedule of works which is updated on a regular basis. Throughout the process of implementation we will visit the property to oversee all works, coordinate deliveries and generally relieve the stress of organising the project until completion.

Accessorising
Accessories are essential to finish an interior. Many clients have precious objects that they wish to display; we also look for the vital finishing touches which may include art, ceramics, or reframed family pictures. Everyone has their own individual sense of style and it is up to us at Falchi to make sure that the finished design is exactly how the clients visualised it.
